  • 2 pt fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons assorted candy sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the raspberries tightly together in a heart shape on the parchment, keeping them touching so the bark has structure once set. Set aside.
  2. Place the white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl, and microwave on HIGH in 20- to 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth, about 2 minutes total.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the raspberries, using a small offset spatula or spoon to gently fill in the gaps without disturbing the heart shape. Immediately top with the sprinkles.
  4. Transfer to the freezer, and chill until completely firm, about 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the freezer, and peel away the parchment and break or cut into pieces. Serve cold, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
