- 2 pt fresh raspberries
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons assorted candy sprinkles

Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the raspberries tightly together in a heart shape on the parchment, keeping them touching so the bark has structure once set. Set aside.
- Place the white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl, and microwave on HIGH in 20- to 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth, about 2 minutes total.
- Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the raspberries, using a small offset spatula or spoon to gently fill in the gaps without disturbing the heart shape. Immediately top with the sprinkles.
- Transfer to the freezer, and chill until completely firm, about 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, and peel away the parchment and break or cut into pieces. Serve cold, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
