Puiha (Mighty Muskogean Meatloaf)

Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • 3 cups sprouted precooked grains and beans (540 g)
  • stir friend veggy, such as peppers, diced squash, and lamb’s quarters
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tube turkey sausage, diced

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 405°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix grains, beans, eggs, and sausage. Season as desired.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease a medium pan, about 12” wide and long.
  5. Spread out meatloaf on the pan, and cook for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
