- 2 slices brioche bread
- 3 slices swiss cheese
- ¼ cup bacon (55 g), chopped
- ½ cup caramelized onions (75 g)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation
- Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add 1 slice of Swiss cheese to one slice of bread.
- Add bacon on top of cheese.
- Add additional Swiss cheese slices on top of bacon.

- On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
- Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
