Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • ½ shallot, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped
  • ⅓ cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
