Preparation
- Make the wings: Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels, and place in a large bowl. Add the avocado oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss together until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C), about 5 minutes. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle the wings on both sides with the cornstarch. Air fry for 22–25 minutes, until the chicken is deep golden and crispy and the internal temperature registers 165°F, flipping the chicken halfway through the cook time.
- Meanwhile, make the lemon honey butter glaze: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the honey, lemon zest and juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Do not boil. Remove from heat, and set aside until ready to use.
- Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour the lemon honey butter glaze over the wings, and toss until fully coated.
- Arrange the wings on a large platter. Sprinkle with the parsley, and garnish with additional lemon pepper seasoning. Serve immediately alongside ranch dressing and lemon wedges .
- Enjoy!
