I Quit Drinking Each Summer For Marathon Training, And These Are The 15 Fun, Non-Alcoholic Drinks I Always Reach For

Because we all deserve a fun little drink.

I'm Micah: a mom, chef, and dietitian...and I run marathons. I know, I know. I already sound insufferable.

For four months of the year, I'm in full blown marathon training, which means I give up alcohol while I spend hours running trails and eating bagels (yay carbs!).

BUT summer is historically when I see my friends; I live in Chicago, where the winters are brutal, and I tend to hibernate indoors. In the summer, the people are out and about, hitting patios, having barbecues, and grabbing drinks after work, so I've become a master of the non-alcoholic beverage market (as someone who also loves wine and cocktails).

These aren't just sodas or juices, they are products that make me feel like I'm a part of a group, and drinks that I reach for all year round! Here are some of my go-tos:
